Mini Mozzarella Sticks
These fabulous and scrumptious mini mozzarella sticks are currently my favorite snacks, and they are in the 3 week diet list of healthy items.

- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the salami slices on the sheet, with space between each one. Top each with 1 tablespoon of marinara. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella on each pizza and add a pinch of pizza seasoning.
- Place the pizzas under the broiler until the cheese bubbles, about 1 minute. Serve.
RECIPE TIP Genoa salami makes this taste like a pepperoni pizza, but you could also use pepperoni slices as the base (for mini-mini pizzas), or find those teeny-tiny pepperoni “dots” and scatter them on top of the cheese.
